Privacy

Data controller. Spentia SAS is the controller for the processing described below. For questions or requests concerning your data, contact contact@spentia.com.

Your enquiries. Information entered in forms—your identity, professional contact details, company, role and message, depending on your request—is used to respond, send the documentation requested and arrange a meeting. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request; other fields are optional.

We also keep track of enquiries and completed meetings to manage business relationships and assess our activity. This processing is based on Spentia’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and managing its business relationships.

Business communications and newsletter. Spentia may send follow-up messages about services relevant to your professional role, based on its legitimate interest. You may object free of charge when making your enquiry or at any time, by contacting contact@spentia.com or using the method indicated in each message. The newsletter requires separate consent, which you may withdraw using the unsubscribe link in each email. Requesting a document or meeting does not automatically subscribe you. The newsletter is currently available in French only.

Recipients. Within Spentia, your data is accessible to partners and authorised personnel responsible for business follow-up, as well as our hosting, messaging and email service providers for the services they deliver. Your contact details are neither sold nor shared with partners for their own marketing. Some providers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR. Further details are available on request.

Retention. Data from enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship is retained for no more than two years after your last active contact with Spentia. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or for two years without active interaction. Only the information needed, including your email address where necessary, may be retained to respect your objection and provide evidence of consent.

Cookies and measurement. Google Ads is disabled on the English version of this website, including when you previously accepted advertising measurement on a French page. On the French version, advertising measurement is disabled until you opt in. Your choice there is stored for 180 days. Content and forms remain accessible regardless of your choice.

Plausible measures website traffic and submitted enquiries without cookies or personal identifiers, as audience measurement exempt from consent. The measurement code retains the referring domain and UTM campaign parameters without transmitting form fields, click identifiers or other URL parameters.

Our hosting provider, Framer, also produces aggregate traffic statistics without cookies to measure website use.

On the French version only, and with your consent, Google Ads measures conversions from advertisements using cookies and advertising identifiers. Ad personalisation is disabled in our setup. The Google Ads tag remains blocked before you consent. On French pages, you can withdraw consent at any time through Gérer les cookies (Manage cookies).

Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and, where the applicable conditions are met, restriction and portability, by contacting contact@spentia.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.

Client engagements. Processing carried out during an engagement is covered by engagement-specific information provided by the client company with Spentia’s support.
